Thank you for your interest in performing at Anime Fiesta! We are excited to offer a platform for talented individuals and groups to showcase their skills and entertain our attendees. Below you will find important information about the application process and what to expect.

Performance Opportunities

We welcome a variety of performances including, but not limited to:

  • Dance Groups: J-pop, Chinese traditional, and contemporary dance.
  • Music Acts: Solo artists, bands, instrumentalists, and DJs.
  • Theatrical Performances: Skits, plays, and cosplay presentations.
  • Martial Arts Demonstrations: Showcasing different styles and techniques (For Example Kendo, KungFu,ect.)
  • Other: If you have a unique act, feel free to apply!

∙ Duration: Performances should typically be between 15 to 30 minutes. If your act requires more or less time, please specify in your application, and we will do our best to accommodate.

∙ Content: All performances must be suitable for a family-friendly audience. Content should be free of explicit language, violence, and any material that could be considered offensive.

∙ Technical Requirements: Please include any technical needs (e.g., microphones, sound system, lighting, special equipment) in your application. We will do our best to meet these requirements but cannot guarantee all requests.

Application Process

  • Complete the Application Form: Fill out the Performance Application Form with all required details.
  • Submit Your Performance Proposal: Provide a detailed description of your act, including duration, number of participants, and technical requirements (e.g., sound, lighting).

  • Review and Approval: Our team will review all applications and select performances based on quality, originality, and compatibility with our event theme. You will be notified of your application status within two weeks of submission.
  • Finalize Details: Once approved, we will work with you to finalize performance details, schedule, and any specific requirements.

  • Application Deadline: All performance applications must be submitted by June 25th, 2024(For Gakuensai Convention)
  • Notification Date: Selected performers will be notified by July 1st, 2024.
  • Event Dates: Anime Fiesta will take place on July 13th - 14th, 2024. Performance times will be scheduled throughout both days.

What types of performances are you looking for?
We welcome a variety of performances, including musical acts, dance routines, cosplay skits, stand-up comedy, martial arts demonstrations, and other unique and entertaining acts.
How long should my performance be?

How do I apply to perform?
