When you're feeling tired from all the browsing, the first thing on your mind is to find some delicious food and drinks. Let our food vendors leave a lasting impression on exhibitors by offering unforgettable experiences.

For this gakuensai anime convention, we have 12 food vendor booths available.We aim to offer a unique culinary experience, so we're seeking vendors specialize in any amazing snacks!

Outdoor food vendor are approximately 5.6m long * 4m wide (one and a half parking spaces).

Reminder: Outdoor booths are required to bring their own catering license, insurance, Tent, generator and other items, if the organizer has extra tables and chairs you can apply to the organizer for the number of tables and chairs allowed.

What are the requirements to become a food vendor?
All food vendors must comply with local health regulations and obtain any necessary permits. Proof of these permits must be submitted during the application process.
Are there specific food safety guidelines I need to follow?
Yes, all food vendors must adhere to food safety guidelines as outlined by the local health department. This includes proper food storage, handling, and sanitation practices.
Can I offer samples of my food products?
Yes, you may offer samples, but all samples must be individually wrapped and comply with health regulations.
What are the setup and teardown times for food vendors?
Food vendors can set up on July 13 at 8:30-10:30 AM. Teardown must be completed by 8:00 PM on the final day of the convention (July 14).
What are the dimensions of the outdoor food vendor spaces?
Outdoor food vendor spaces are approximately 5.6m long by 4m wide (equivalent to one and a half Ontario parking spaces).
What equipment do outdoor food vendors need to bring?
Outdoor booths are required to bring their own catering license, insurance, tent, generator, and other necessary items. If the organizer has extra tables and chairs, you can apply to the organizer for the number of tables and chairs allowed (free).
