A: AnimeFiesta&FestM is Toronto’s newest anime and multicultural convention! As a rising platform for diverse cultural exchange in Canada, this dynamic event brings together anime fans, artists, publishers, and brands for two days of immersive experiences. From anime and gaming to culture and technology, FestM offers something for everyone—whether you're into cosplay, exclusive merchandise, meet-and-greets with special guests, or interactive activities. FestM and AnimeFiesta is creation of YearGlory Innovations Cultural Technologies Inc.—a team of passionate anime enthusiasts and seasoned event professionals dedicated to bringing the best of Chinese, Japanese, and global IPs and gaming culture to Canada.
A: FestM takes place in the International Center Hall 5 located at 6900 Airport Rd,Mississauga
AnimeFiesta Spring Fest takes place in the Chinese Cultural Centre Of Greater Toronto located at 5183 Sheppard Ave E,Scarborough
A: Nian Chan, our first mascot, is known for her silver hair and lively personality. Hua Chan, our second mascot, has blue flowing hair and exudes a sense of calm and nobility. They are the best of friends.

A: Everyone is welcome to attend, especially those who are curious about or enjoy Anime, Cosplay, Comic books, or Gaming. Friends and family are also encouraged to join, as long as they are registered!
A: Yes, it is. Various activities are available for new and veteran otakus, including programming for younger fans! However, purchasing adult merchandise requires ID verification.
A: You can dress up as anyone you want! Most people choose characters from anime or manga series, but creative cosplays are also welcome. However, costumes must not contain discriminatory elements.
A: Most booths can accept debit/credit card, but we strongly recommend bringing cash. For example, haunted houses may only accept cash, as well as some food vendors outside. While ATMs are available on-site, having cash on hand can help avoid any inconvenience.

A: Online purchases must use a credit card (Visa, MasterCard ). If onsite tickets are still available, they can be purchased with cash. *No Credit Card gift cards are accepted online.
A: All attendees 6-years-old and up need a badge to take part in FestM&AnimeFiesta.Children 5-years-old and under are welcome without a badge

A: All ticket sales are final. No refund or exchange will be issued.
A: At the end of your online transaction, your eTicket(QR Code)We will scan those in when you arrive at the venue.
A: Yes. Scanning stations will include a scanner for mobile phones.
A: If you do not see the confirmation email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. Sometimes, emails may be filtered there by mistake. If you still cannot find the email, please contact us at contact@festm.ca for assistance.
A: This is not a problem. Tickets can be given to anyone for redemption, but only one unique ticket can be given per person. If there are duplicate tickets at an event, the ticket holder may be denied admission.
A: Yes! Children under 5 years of age are admitted free.
Guest FAQ
A: Celebrity and creator guests from North America (Canda)and Japan are announced regularly! For more info, check out the guest page.
A: Please check our guest page for specific days a guest will appear.
A: Pricing will vary by guest and will need to be confirmed at their table.
Many guests will take cash or credit, but this will also need to be confirmed at their table.
Please be aware that not all guests will be hosting autographing sessions.
A: Will something be provided for me?
Typically our guests will have headshots, included in the cost of the autograph, to be signed at their table.
A: Typically, yes, but not always. The signing of personal items is done at the guests’ discretion and may require an additional charge at their booth. Guests will sign one item per autograph ticket, if you want more than one item signed, additional autograph tickets will need to be purchased.
Volunteer FAQ
A: It is up to each guest whether they will take a selfie or not.
A: You don't need to purchase a pass. Once you're accepted, you'll receive a one-day pass as a reward.
A: Yes. Volunteers can work for as many or as little hours as they want. Before being scheduled, all volunteers will be asked how many hours they would like to volunteer for.
A: Of course! While we recommend volunteering for fewer hours to allow you more time to explore the convention, we're always delighted to welcome new volunteers, even those who are new to conventions.

A: We will be the week after the event, please send in your volunteer form to contact@festm.ca and we will help you fill it out as soon as possible!
A: The most common task is line management and crowd control, which applies to all areas such as registration, workshop, food area, Photo area, etc. Other tasks include checking, attaching bracelets.In rarer cases, you may be asked to assist with the accessibility table or the props check table. Rest assured, you will never be forced to do a task you are uncomfortable with or incompatible with due to a visible or invisible disability.
Exhibitor FAQ
This year, we offer ample parking spaces, along with a dedicated unloading zone to ensure convenience and ease for all vendors
A: You can register online.
A: Retailers/artists cannot sell child pornography, weapons that are illegal under Canadian law, pirated materials, or artwork that is not authorized for sale by the creator.
A: Each retailer space (10x10 ft) includes two free tickets that provide access to the venue and the whole
convention. Each space includes one table, two chairs (tablecloths not included).
A: We welcome all dealers to apply,new or recurring. For new dealers, please send us an email at contact@festm.ca with a few pictures of your merchandise or a link to your website for us to review. Once we have approved, you will be added to our mailing list. We will then notify you when it is time to apply and send you the contracts to fill out. Once filled out, you can scan them and email them to us, or mail them to us (please note that this will take more time before we receive it). We accept dealers on a first-come, first-served basis.
A: Yes, but the dimensions of your booth must respect the dimensions of a dealer space (10x10 ft).
A: Please pick them up and throw them away in the garbage bin . All boxes need to be flattened down . FestM reserves the right to fine any exhibitor who leaves an excessive amount of garbage.
A: If you encounter any issues during the convention, please talk to any Dealers' Area staff member or volunteer. They will be wearing the FestM badge and walking around the Exhibition Hall during the convention. We will also have an information booth; you can report any incidents to the staff there.
