*Volunteers are allowed to take a break in the middle of their shift and can discuss with other volunteers if they wish to work in a different area.

Volunteer Q&A:
If I plan on volunteering at the convention, do I still have to pre-register or buy a membership?
NO. You don't need to purchase tickets in advance. Please complete the Volunteer Sign-Up Form and send it to animefiesta.ca@gmail.com, along with a brief introduction of yourself. We will notify you when to arrive at the venue and provide you with entry wristbands
What will I do as a volunteer?
Anime Fiesta needs volunteers to assist with general tasks during the convention. This includes guiding visitors through different areas, maintaining order to prevent overcrowding and pushing, inspecting cosplay props for safety hazards, and validating tickets. Of course, volunteers will receive training in advance to ensure clarity on their roles before the event begins.

Does volunteering for Anime Fiesta count towards my 40 hour high school community service requirement?
Yes, if you put effort into volunteering, we will clearly note the times and tasks of your work.
