How do I apply to host a workshop?
You can contact us at animefiesta.ca@gmail.com with your workshop proposal. Please include a detailed description of your workshop, the materials you will need, and any special requirements.
What equipment is provided for workshop hosts?
Each workshop space have individual room includes a table, chairs, and access to electricity. Additional equipment can be rented if needed. If you require specific AV equipment or other materials, please specify these needs in your application.
What are the setup and teardown times for workshops?
Workshop hosts can set up 5hours before their scheduled time. Teardown must be completed immediately after the workshop ends. Please ensure that all personal and workshop-related items are removed from the space promptly.
Can I charge participants for materials?
Yes, you can charge participants for materials, but the cost must be clearly stated in the workshop description and approved by the event organizers. Ensure that all materials are priced fairly and that participants are informed of these costs upfront.
Can I host a workshop with another person?
Yes, you can co-host a workshop. Please include the name and contact information of your co-host in your application. Both hosts will receive workshop passes.
Can I host multiple workshops?
Yes, you are welcome to apply for multiple workshop slots. Please submit a separate application for each workshop idea.
What if I need to cancel my workshop?
If you need to cancel your workshop, please notify us as soon as possible at animefiesta.ca@gmail.com. Cancellations must be made at least three-four weeks before the event to allow us to adjust the schedule.
