Gakuensai Event Service
To ensure you have the best experience, we've provided detailed information about various event services. Click on the sections below to expand and read more.
If you need to store your cosplay props, luggage, or clothing, please visit the Information Desk to receive a ticket number. Your items can be stored in Room A176. When retrieving your items, please provide the corresponding ticket. To prevent any issues in case of a lost ticket, we recommend taking a photo of your ticket and stored items for easy identification.
Props check will be set up at the first entrance to ensure all props meet safety standards.
The Cosplay Repair Room is a space where cosplayers can repair their costumes for free using equipment provided by Anime Fiesta. In addition to the space, the Cosplay Repair Room offers a number of tools, including head molds, hot glue, and scissors, to help you repair your cosplay props.
*Due to space limitations, only 3-4 people are allowed to repair props simultaneously. Please avoid crowding and ensure personal safety while repairing your cosplay props.
The Information Desk is located near the entrance and Cosplay Repair Room. If you have any questions regarding the event, you can also directly approach the faculty office located opposite the entrance for assistance from our staff.
We have medical staff stationed outdoors at all times. If you experience any discomfort or symptoms, please seek assistance from them immediately.
