Artist Placement Notice
Please note that artist alley spaces are divided into two areas: Outdoor and Indoor.
Outdoor Area: Located closer to the main event zone, this area benefits from higher foot traffic and visibility. However, artists should be prepared for sun exposure and warmer conditions.
Indoor Area: Situated near the main entrance, this area offers a more comfortable environment without concerns about heat. While foot traffic may be slightly more distributed, it still provides strong visibility to incoming attendees.

Yes! Shared booths are permitted under these conditions:
- Prior Agreement Required: All participating artists must confirm arrangement details
- Mandatory Application Note: Clearly state "Shared Booth" in your application
- Shared Responsibility: All artists are jointly accountable for booth operations
Yes! The International Centre provides ample parking spaces exclusively for our retailers and artists.
The sale of counterfeit products, pirated materials, food, items involving AI-generated content, tobacco, alcohol, drugs, violence, politics, child pornography, and racial discrimination is strictly prohibited. Any consequences arising from violation of these rules are the sole responsibility of the vendors. The organizer reserves the right to terminate cooperation and seek compensation; in severe cases, the organizer may report to the authorities.
Yes, but the dimensions of your booth must respect the dimensions of a retailer space (10x10 ft).
No, all Artist Alley payments are non-refundable.
Artists will receive their passes during designated setup times.
Under normal circumstances:
- All exhibitors must complete setup on the day before the event opens (Example: For October 4 event → Setup on October 3)

- Early setup requests require prior approval
- Late arrivals may forfeit preferred booth locations
