Ticket Purchase and Use

- Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Each ticket is valid for one entry only and must be presented at the entrance.
Event Admission
- Anime Fiesta reserves the right to deny entry or remove any attendee who does not comply with the event rules, exhibits inappropriate behavior, or poses a risk to other attendees.
- Attendees must wear their wristbands at all times during the event. Lost or damaged wristbands will not be replaced.
Code of Conduct
- Attendees must respect the venue, staff, volunteers, and other attendees.
- The sale or distribution of counterfeit, pirated, or inappropriate materials is strictly prohibited. This includes items involving AI-generated content, tobacco, alcohol, drugs, violence, politics, child pornography, and racial discrimination.
- Harassment, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
Liability
- Anime Fiesta is not responsible for any personal injury, lost, stolen, or damaged property.
- Attendees are responsible for their own belongings and are encouraged to take necessary precautions to protect their property.
Changes and Cancellations
- Anime Fiesta reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, programming, and activities without prior notice.
- In the event of a cancellation, ticket holders will be notified as soon as possible. Refunds or exchanges may be offered at the discretion of Anime Fiesta.

Vendor and Exhibitor Terms
