Applying for a booth at Anime Fiesta offers a range of opportunities – whether you're looking to debut a new product, showcase upcoming releases, or simply increase your visibility!

Primarily focused on sales, spanning across over 10 classrooms, Anime Fiesta Gakuensai offers over 70 booth spaces available for application. Attendees explore the halls in search of clothing, collectibles, toys, and more.

Is there any parking spots for retailers and artists?
Unfortunately, we do not provide any parking spaces for visitors and sponsors, as the vicinity is a residential area with no public parking available. However, we will allow vendors to set up at the venue on July 11-12.
Where do I register to become a retailer?

What can't I sell?
Retailers cannot sell child pornography, weapons that are illegal under Canadian law, pirated materials, or artwork that is not authorized for sale by the creator.
What is included with a retailer space?
Each retailer space (6x6 ft) includes two free tickets that provide access to the venue and the whole convention. Each space includes one table, two chairs, and Wi-Fi (tablecloths not included).
How does the application process work?
We welcome all dealers to apply, new or recurring. For new dealers, please send us an email at animefiesta.ca@gmail.com with a few pictures of your merchandise or a link to your website for us to review. Once approved, you will be added to our mailing list. We will notify you when it is time to apply and send you the contracts to fill out. Once filled out, you can scan them and email them to us, or mail them to us (please note that this will take more time before we receive it). We accept dealers on a first-come, first-served basis.
Can I bring my own tables and chairs?
Yes, but the dimensions of your booth must respect the dimensions of a dealer space (6x6 ft).
What do I do with my boxes and garbage after the convention?
Please pick them up and throw them away in the garbage bin. All boxes need to be flattened down. Anime Fiesta reserves the right to fine any exhibitor who leaves an excessive amount of garbage.
If I have any issues during the convention, who should I go to?
If you encounter any issues during the convention, please talk to any Dealers’ Area staff member or volunteer. They will be wearing the Anime Fiesta staff license and walking around the Exhibition Hall during the convention. We will also have an information booth; you can report any incidents to the staff there.
