Props check will be set up at the first entrance to ensure all props meet safety standards.
FestM provides a dedicated Cosplay Repair & Makeup Room for all attendees!
Bring your costumes, props, or makeup kits for quick fixes and touch-ups
To ensure everyone enjoys a smooth experience, please:
- • Wait patiently if the room is busy.
- • Avoid crowding - politely check if others are finished before entering.
- • Ask courteously like the heroes and heroines you embody!
The Information Desk is located near the entrance and Cosplay Repair Room. If you have any questions regarding the event, you can also directly approach the faculty office located opposite the entrance for assistance from our staff.
We have medical staff stationed outdoors at all times. If you experience any discomfort or symptoms, please seek assistance from them immediately.
Located directly opposite the entrance, we have a designated office where you can report lost items or return found items to our staff.
