  1. Ticket Purchase and Use

    • Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
    • Each ticket is valid for one entry only and must be presented at the entrance.
  2. Event Admission
    • Anime Fiesta reserves the right to deny entry or remove any attendee who does not comply with the event rules, exhibits inappropriate behavior, or poses a risk to other attendees.
    • Attendees must wear their wristbands at all times during the event. Lost or damaged wristbands will not be replaced.
  3. Code of Conduct
    • Attendees must respect the venue, staff, volunteers, and other attendees.
    • The sale or distribution of counterfeit, pirated, or inappropriate materials is strictly prohibited. This includes items involving AI-generated content, tobacco, alcohol, drugs, violence, politics, child pornography, and racial discrimination.
    • Harassment, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
  4. Liability
    • Anime Fiesta is not responsible for any personal injury, lost, stolen, or damaged property.
    • Attendees are responsible for their own belongings and are encouraged to take necessary precautions to protect their property.
  5. Changes and Cancellations
    • Anime Fiesta reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, programming, and activities without prior notice.
    • In the event of a cancellation, ticket holders will be notified as soon as possible. Refunds or exchanges may be offered at the discretion of Anime Fiesta.
  6. Photography and Media
    • By attending Anime Fiesta, you consent to be photographed and recorded by event staff for promotional purposes. These materials may be used on our website, social media, and other marketing channels.
  7. Vendor and Exhibitor Terms
    • Vendors and exhibitors must comply with all guidelines and regulations provided by Anime Fiesta. Failure to do so may result in removal from the event without a refund.
    • Vendors are responsible for their own licenses, insurance, and compliance with local laws.
  8. Health and Safety
    • Attendees must comply with all health and safety guidelines set by Anime Fiesta, including any COVID-19-related measures.
    • Medical personnel will be available on-site for emergencies. Attendees are encouraged to seek assistance if needed.
  9. Miscellaneous
    • Anime Fiesta reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
    • Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the event is held.
